This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.26542 of 2023 dated 02.01.2024 on the file of this Court.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e. Every saturday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
