ORDER
This petition has been preferred to transfer CA.No.65 of 2011 on the file of VII Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to the file of this Court and be heard with Crl.R.C.No.626/2011 and 627/2011.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the cases in Crl.R.C.Nos.626 and 627 of 2011 have been dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 23.01.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that as the Criminal Revision case is also ready disposal, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
