O R D E R

The Contempt Petition has been filed stating that the order of this Court dated 12.05.2016 passed in W.P. No. 17932 of 2016 has been violated.

This Court, by order dated 12.05.2016, in the above writ petition, directed the respondent to unseal the

premises and handover the possession of the premises within two days to the petitioner. As already stated, alleging violation of the aforesaid order, the contempt petition has been filed.

When the matter is called today, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

However, Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) would submit that the petitioner is in possession of the ground floor of the premises and the first floor is in the possession of the temple. There is no sealing of the premises as the temple authorities are in possession. 4.

In view of the above submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE), there is no violation of the order of this Court dated 12.05.2016. Hence, the contempt Petition is closed.
