[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter viz., Shalini, aged 22 years, D/o.late Kathiravan, before this Court, from the illegal custody of the third respondent and set her at liberty.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the alleged detenue viz. Shalini, aged 22 years, was secured in Sholavaram C.S.R.No.180 of 2021 and was handed over to the petitioner on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

08.04.2021 and the petitioner also withdrew the complaint on 09.04.2021.

Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
