This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.00 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter before the concerned Judicial Magistrte Court, Sriperambathur, till the date of committal and after committal, before the Sessions Court as directed by the Sessions Court by this Court dated 10.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.17934 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.23621 of 2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur once a week i.e., every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
