This petition has been filed to relax the condition that petitioner shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.OP.No.2268 of 2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.OP.No.2268 of 2025, is modified to effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once a week, viz., Monday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
