This petition is filed to condone the delay of 214 days in paying deficit court fee of Rs.1,000/- in W.A.SR.No.99353 of 2019 filed against the order dated 11.03.2019 in W.P.No.1862 of 2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 214 days in paying the deficit Court fee is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
