O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to setaside the order dated 05.02.2020 in C.M.P.No.170 of 2020 in S.T.C No.266 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.1, Erode.

2. Heard Mr.K.Sudhakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. On perusal of the records, the petitioner already filed an application under Section 311 of Cr.P.C on two occasions, and both were allowed by the trial court to cross examine PW1. Even then, the petitioner did not cross examined P.W.1. Again, the petitioner filed petition under Section 311 Cr.P.C. to cross examine PW1. Therefore the trial Court rightly dismissed this the same. As such this Court find no illegality or irregularity in the order passed by the Court below. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed. Considering the case is of the year 2018, the trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
