The prayer sought for in this appeal is to call for the records and set aside the order dated 27.09.2010 in C.A.No.483 of 2004 on the file of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge -cum-I Fast Track Court, Chennai reversing the Trial Court Judgment made in C.C.No.4159/2003 dated 02.12.2004 on the file of the learned XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai -600 001.

This Court by an earlier order dated 01.03.2018 directing the appellant to take fresh private notice to the respondent and the matter was directed to be listed on 19.03.2018. Today i.e., 19.03.2018, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the respondent. The appellant has also not taken any steps and he has not filed any proof of service.
