[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties or one of the parties, expressed the consent to resolve the issues through mediation.

2. Thus, the matter is referred for mediation before the Mediation Centre attached to this Court.

3. The Mediation Centre shall issue notice to the parties for the hearing before the Mediation Centre. The parties are required to appear before the Mediation Centre on the date specified by the Mediation Centre.

4. Registry is directed to send the papers to the Mediation Centre, Chennai forthwith.
