Respondents Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus calling for the records leading to the detention of the petitioner's husband, I. Jainulavudeen, Son of Ismail, male, aged 29 years has been detained under Central Act 7 of 1980 as a "Blackmarketeer" vide detention order dated 13.09.2014 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein made in C.No.05/PBMMSEC Act/IS/2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the said detenu before this Court and thereafter set him at liberty from the Central Prison, Coimbatore.

The petitioner, who is the wife of the detenu, I.
Jainulavudeen, Son of Ismail, male, aged 29 years, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 13.09.2014 against her husband branding him as a "Blackmarketeer" under the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act 1980 [Central Act 7 of 1980].
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the 2nd respondent as against the husband of the petitioner dated 13.09.2014 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. [Rt] No.382, dated 03.11.2014 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
