(Order of the Court was made by Dr. ANITA SUMANTH., J.) This is a petition seeking condonation of delay of 21 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Notice has been served upon the respondent and its description printed in the cause list. However, none appears.

3. The reason for condonation is set out at paragraph 3 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition to state that the delay was occasioned as the final order of the Cestat was under review by the Review Cell and awaiting the advice of the Commissioner.

4. Having regard to the fact that the delay is only 21 days and the reasons set out seeking condonation, the delay of 21 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
