The Writ Petition is filed praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to grant Education Loan to the petitioner's daughter B.H.Bawya herein for the payment of college fees for the Academic Years 2015-2016, 2016-2017, 20172018, 2018-2019. 2.
Heard both sides.

The learned Counsel for the 3rd respondent would submit that the 3rd respondent is ready and willing to grant the loan to the petitioner in accordance with law.

In view of the submission now made by the learned Counsel for the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to process the application of the petitioner seeking education loan within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order and thereafter, to grant Education Loan to the petitioner for the payment of college fees for the Academic Years 2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 in accordance with law, if he is entitled to.
