2. Reasons on which COD is predicated have been articulated in paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of captioned CMP and one of the reasons is delay in sending case papers from Erode due to Covid 19 situation and consequent lock down. Owing to this reason being projected before this Court by Mr.T.Gowthaman, Ms.K.Indu Priya, learned counsel for respondent submits that it is difficult to put across any serious objection.
3. This Court, having heard learned counsel for applicant, having perused the affidavit filed in support of the application, having noticed that there is no serious or vehement objection by learned counsel for respondent and being satisfied that the prayer is innocuous, this Court deems it appropriate to accede to COD prayer.
