ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2024.

2. Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and perusing the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition as well as the representation, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's husband was covered under Group Insurance Scheme, by the respondent - Insurance Company. However, the benefit is not paid.

3. When the matter came up for admission, at the request of this Court, one of the panel counsels, Mrs.R.S. Lakshmi Priya, appeared and submitted that she is entitled to appear only upon authorization. She also stated that she does not have instructions in this matter.

4. In view of the nature of relief, that is to be granted, this Writ Petition is disposed of without granting further time, at the admission stage itself,

(i) The respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2024 in accordance with law and pass orders thereon, in any event not later than twelve weeks from the date of receipt / production of the website uploaded copy of this order;

(ii) No costs.
