The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that during pendency of the writ petition, the writ petitioner has passed the Teacher's Eligibility Test and therefore her case deserves to be considered as per the rules in force.

2. In this view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's case as per the rules in force and take a decision as early as possible.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
