ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the detenu/Suresh aged about 25 years, who has been illegally detained by the respondent no.3 and set him at liberty.

2. We find that there has been no representation for the petitioner on various occasions when the case was listed. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. It is seen that the respondent police have registered a case in Cr.No.1686 of 2014 on 23.08.2014 under the caption "Man missing" and the investigation is in progress.

4. Under such circumstances, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to proceed with the investigation in Cr.No.1686 of 2014 and keep the petitioner informed about the whereabouts of the detenu, if any, received.
