This Sub Application has been filed seeking to accept the cause title by including the third respondent in the Contempt Petition D.No.90171 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Sub Application for inclusion of the third respondent as a party to the Contempt Page Nos.2/4

petition are not convincing. By an order dated 31.10.2023 in W.P.No.3561 of 2016, this Court directed the second respondent herein- The Chairman, Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited, to provide suitable house site to the petitioner within a period of three months. Hence, there is no necessity to implead the third respondent as a party in the above Contempt Petition.

4. Accordingly, this Sub Application stands dismissed.

5. However, the Registry is directed to number the Contempt Petition, if it is otherwise in order, as against the respondents in W.P.No.3561 of 2016 dated 31.10.2023.
