Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to forbear from interfering with the right of the petitioner to put up temporary shops in the land bearing old S.No.361, New S.No.144/1 of Namakkal Town through public auction and collect toll for the same for the period from 29.03.2012 to 27.05.2012.

ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to forbear the respondents from interfering with the right of the petitioner to put up temporary shops in the land bearing old S.No.361, New S.No.144/1 of Namakkal Town through public auction and collect https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

toll for the same for the period from 29.03.2012 to 27.05.2012. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, the writ petition may be closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for any other relief.

3.Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
