The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant special leave to the petitioner/ complainant to file Appeal against the final impugned order dated 14.10.2022 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate FTC-I, Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai in C.C.No.4355 of 2019.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
