ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties morefully Page No.1 of 4

described in the prayer to this writ petition, and also to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner, based on his representation, dated 05.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Since the aforesaid representation has not been considered by the respondent till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. The petitioner has not submitted any online application enabling the respondent to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. Necessarily, the petitioner will have to file an online application seeking to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, and also seeking to issue separate patta in favour of the petitioner.

5. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the petitioner is directed to submit an online application seeking survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully described in the Page No.2 of 4

affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and if the respondent is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh online application to the respondent seeking survey and demarcation of boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, and also to issue a separate patta in favour of the petitioner, within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application submitted by the petitioner within the stipulated time, the respondent is directed to complete the survey and demarcation of boundaries of the subject property, after giving due consideration to the documents produced by the petitioner, and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners and any other third party, whom they deem it fit to enquire.

Thereafter, if the petitioner is found to be eligible, the respondent shall issue separate patta for the sub-divided property in favour of the petitioner. The respondent is directed to complete the aforesaid exercise, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of the online application from the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
