This petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register the complaint of the petitioner MISC-289 dated 21/11/2014, and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. In view of the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, the respondent-Police is directed to take action on the complaint dated 21.11.2014, a copy of which is already filed in the typed-set of papers and the same may be treated as a complaint and action be taken.
