This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to file an undertaking before the trial court stating that she will not run pharmacy in the above Crl.O.P.No.29363 of 2022 dated 12.01.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an authorised license holder to run pharmacy and if she is not permitted to run pharmacy, her means to meet out day to day livelihood would get affected. Therefore, he has filed this petition to modify the condition.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition to report before the respondent police is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall file an undertaking affidavit that she can run pharmacy and she will not run clinic and she will also not give any treatment. 1/3

4. Except the above modification, the other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No. 29363 of 2022 vide order dated 03.01.2023 shall remain unalterted.

5. Time is extended for further period of two weeks to file undertaking affidavit from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 17.03.2023 rpp 2/3
