This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Needhi Mandram, Fast Track Court, Vellore to recall the N.B.W. issued on 05.10.2017 as against the petitioner.

3. It is brought to my notice that the Non Bailable Warrant already issued on 05.10.2017 as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.787 of 2017 in S.C.No.37 of 2014 pending trial on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Needhi Mandram, Fast https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tract Court, Vellore has been executed and the petitioner was also present before the trial Court. Hence no further orders are required in this petition. Recording the above submissions, this criminal original petition stands closed.
