ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioners has made an endorsement in the Court bundle, stating that the petitioners are willing to prefer an appeal as against the impugned order dated 23.01.2026 before the second respondent. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioners to file an appeal as against the impugned order dated 23.01.2026 passed by the third respondent before the second respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said appeal, within the stipulated time, the second respondent shall dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law by adhering to the principles of natural justice as expeditiously as possible.

2. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, W.M.P. No.8151 of 2026 is ordered subject to payment of separate Court fee and W.M.P. No.8156 of 2026 is closed.
