This petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.23245 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.
