Heard Mr.V.Suthakar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Silambanan, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of Ms.P.Shanthi, learned counsel on record for the respondent.

2. The learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent has submitted that as undertaken before this Court on 08.09.2017, the petitioner has been paid a sum of Rs.5,28,226/- after deducting the value of the scarp material.

3.Recording the above said submission, this contempt petition is closed.
