ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for TANGEDCO.
2.The petitioner was given electricity connection by TANGEDCO. The petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent with a copy to the first respondent complaining of defective meter and consequential wrong calculation made for the period from 31.10.2014 to 31.12.2014. Since there was no follow up action taken by the respondents, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.Learned standing counsel for the respondents submitted that the representation submitted by the petitioner would be considered by the first respondent.
4.The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation dated 14.01.2015 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 14.01.2015 along with a copy of this order to the first respondent so as to enable the said authority to consider and dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. 6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction.
