The Trial Court Judge in his request letter, has stated that the case is posted for DW.1 cross and hence, sought for extension of time of one month to complete the trial.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that the trial completed and the judgment rendered. Hence there is no necessity to pass any order on the request made by the Presiding Officer for extension of time.

3. Recording the above submission, no further order is required in this petition.
