This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file Final Report in Crime No.342 of 2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.342 of 2018 on 07.04.2018 for the offences under Section 341 and 506(1) IPC. While so, the de facto complainant has filed the present petition with the above prayer.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.342 of 2018, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
