Respondent PRAYER:- The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings vide HR/LAW/1964, dated 10.10.2011 and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the Articles 21 and 300 (A) of the Constitution of India and in consequent thereof directing the respondent to reinstate the petitioner with all monetary benefits.
