ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to take the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 12.8.2013 and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a prescribed time fixed by this Court.

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 that since the Writ Petition as against the 3rd respondent was already dismissed by this Court by order dated 03.06.2015, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
