(CRIME NO.245 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition wherein in the petitioner is directed to report before the repsondent police every wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further in Crl.O.P.25589 of 2021 by appreciating the above stated facts and circumstances and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.PARTHI KANNAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.25589 of 2021 dated 04.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.
