O R D E R

When this matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that if a fresh application for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ voluntary retirement is given, the same would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed. The learned counsel

for the petitioner submits that the earlier application was not received by the respondents.

2.Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to give a fresh application for voluntary retirement within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the respondents shall pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks therefrom. It is made clear that the application can be given by the petitioner from Chennai itself. 3.As this order is passed by consent on both sides, the contempt petition is closed.
