ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble S.m.Subramaniam J.) We have gone through the evidences of PW1, PW4, who are eyewitnesses. Notably, PW4 is an independent eyewitness, being an adjacent landowner. We have also considered the nature of the injuries inflicted, as detailed in the post-mortem report and the testimony of PW14, the doctor.

2. After examining the evidence of PW1 to PW4 and PW14, along with the postmortem report, we have concluded that the petitioner has not made out prima facie case for the purpose of grant of suspension of sentence.

3. The other grounds raised by the petitioner may be considered during the final hearing of the criminal appeal.
