ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Thirumangalam Police Station everyday at 10:30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent Police Page No.1 of 4

on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.452 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court; and that now investigation has been completed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.452 of 2025 dated 26.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police twice a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders .
