Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the Respondents, their men, agents, servants or anyone acting under them or on their behalf from entering the premises situated in DJP Farm House, Thimmapuram Post, Krishnagiri District or in any manner harassing the petitioner, the teachers, staff and students of the school run by Archana Educational and Charitable Trust in the

address as stated above without the authority of law. For Petitioner : Mr.T.T.Ravichandran For R1 to R4 : Mr.A.Gopinath Government Advocate (Crl.side) O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the Respondents, their men, agents, servants or anyone acting under them or on their behalf from entering the premises situated in DJP Farm House, Thimmapuram Post, Krishnagiri District or in any manner harassing the petitioner, the teachers, staff and students of the school run by Archana Educational and Charitable Trust in the address as stated above without the authority of law.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is an accused in Crime No.189 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 103 and 61(2) of BNS, 2023 on the file of the fourth respondent. Pursuant to which, already the Non Bailable Warrant is pending as against the petitioner, on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Portblair, Andaman.

4. When the Non Bailable Warrant is pending as against the petitioner, she is not entitled for the relief sought for in this petition. Therefore, the

direction sought for in this petition cannot be granted.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
