ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to give necessary permission to construct a graveyard for the petitioner's daughter in law at the place, morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner had given a representation on 13.10.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Ms.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 & 2. Mr.T.Seenivasan, learned Special Govenment Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. 4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2025 seeking for permission to construct a graveyard for the petitioner's daughter in law's burial place at the address, morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
