This petition has been filed to call for the records in respect of the FIR registered by the 1st respondent herein in Cr.No.5131 of 2010 and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the de facto complainant.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.5131 of 2010 has been completed and the case has been closed as "mistake of fact" on 20.03.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
