This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take suitable action against the 5th Respondent through the 4th Respondent with regard to the representation made by the petitioner dated 15.12.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has fairly submitted that the matter become infructuous, since the 4th respondent arrested the 5th respondent and the investigation is under progress and final report to be filed, shortly.

4. Recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the 4th respondent to file the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
