ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed forbearing the respondents those claiming under them from laying any road in the property bearing S.No.158/1B Ac.1.00 in Vasanakuppam (Puliyur) Village, Panruti Taluk, Cudalore District.

2. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that in the subject property, already the road has been laid, since it is an existing road. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the submission, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
