(CR.NO.1163 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the order dated 24.11.2021 passed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.22264 of 2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PA.SAIGOVINDARAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.22264 of 2021 dated 24.11.2021.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent police had completed the investigation and charge sheet filed.
