ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification the condition (b), the 1st petitioner A2 shall deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs (Rupees Five Lakhs only) and 2nd petitioner A4 shall deposit a sum of Rs.2 lakhs(Rupees Two Lakhs only) before the trial Court in the above said Crime number and the final order the respect of the said amount will be passed at the end of criminal proceedings imposed in Crl.M.P.No.5625 of 2024 dated 23.02.2024 on the file of Principal Sessions Court, Chennai. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Having considered the arguments advanced, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge,(FAC), Chennai in Para No.4, is modified to that effect that the 1st petitioner/A2 shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) and the 2nd petitioner/A4 shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) and four weeks time is granted to comply the condition.
