ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.220 of 2022, pending investigation on the file of the 1st respondent. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and that a closure report is going to be filed before the concerned Court after serving a RCS Note to the de facto complainant. 3.In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal original petition. If this Court had made any observations in the earlier orders passed in this petition, the same will not have any bearing. If the 2nd respondent is aggrieved by the closure report filed by the respondent police, it is left open to the 2nd respondent to workout her remedy by filing a protest petition. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms.
