This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents from effecting seizure of the product manufactured and marketed by the petitioner, namely Steamz Electronic Cigarette, as the same does not fall within the definition of Drug or Cosmetic as defined under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
