PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order vide C.P.No.6 of 2005 dated 28.03.2011 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same and consequently, directing the first respondent to compute C.P.No.6 of 2005 afresh further passed an order to reinstate the petitioner in any other branch of the second respondent and dispose of the same in the time limit in accordance with law.
