ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Though the petitioner, appearing in person, is not represented, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader that the reliefs have already been obtained by the petitioner since the necessary recommendations were made by the State Government.
2. It is submitted on behalf of the fourth respondent that the Last Pay Certificate, pension papers and other documents were issued and it is also confirmed by the High Court administration that all documentation to aid the petitioner to receive the payment had been executed.
3. W.P.No.6469 of 2020 is disposed of, without any order as to costs. In the unlikely situation that the writ petitioner has still not got the benefit or there remains anything outstanding, the writ petition may be reopened upon an application being made by the writ petitioner.
