This petition has been filed by the de facto complainant seeking to direct the respondent police to serve the summon to A1 and A3 to A5 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotriyur, in C.C.No.529 of 2018 within stipulated period.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent police have served summons to A2 and he is appearing before them. within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
