This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.108/2024, on the file of the first respondent-Police and quash the same insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondentPolice and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent and perused the materials available on record.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.20 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Mayiladuthurai on 07.08.2024.
