Cross Objections filed against Judgment and decree passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Chief Judge, Court of Small Causes), Chennai in M.C.O.P.Nos.5585 and 5595 of 2004 dated 10.08.2010.

For Cross Objector : No appearance For Respondent No.2 : Mr.S.Arun Kumar.

COMMON JUDGMENT There is no representation for the Cross Objector.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company that connected C.M.A.Nos.1170 and 1171 of 2011 had been allowed by a common Judgment of this court, dated 27.02.2017, wherein, the award passed by the Tribunal is modified as enumerated therein. However, the Registry failed to list the cross objections along with the respective C.M.As.

3. In view of the circumstances stated above, this Court finds that nothing survives in the above Cross Objections. Further, when the matter is called, the counsel for Cross Objector has not appeared before this Court. Hence, both the cross objections are dismissed. No costs.
